Gifts and Talents

          Attention • This word is for Pastors, Preachers, Prophets, and Teachers. You in the congregation; you do not have to read past this point, but you can if you want.

      Judgement • Judgement begins in the house of the Lord, and we are charged as Pastors, Preachers, Prophets, and Teachers, of the word of God, and must study and become knowledgeable of His Word. We must let God Lead us and to Teach and Preach the things He wants us to preach. We will be accountable to God, for what we teach and preach.

      Churches • Many Pastors and Teachers will only teach what the congregation wants to hear. They do not teach the Truth, the whole Truth, and nothing but the Truth, so help us God. They will only preach and teach that which will tingle and please the ear. They do not teach about Sin, Money, the Enemy Satan, the Savior, Jesus. They will only preach, or teach what will keep the people happy.

      The Devil * We should Preach and Teach about the Devil. Satan and the demons hate mankind, and will do anything to get us to go to Hell with them. They will lie to us. They will whisper in our ears to sin. They will put sickness and many things on us to slow us down. They will do anything that we let them do. They would kill us, if they could.

      Tithes * “Money” is not the root all evil. It’s the “love of money” that is the root of all evil. In about 80% of most churches, the people do not pay Tithes. Mostly they have not been taught about money. God tells us if we do not pay our tithes, and offerings, we are robbing God, and we are living under a curse. God tells us that He should be First in everything we do! That is Money, Time, Eating, Working and any other things we do! The tithes is on the first 10% of the things that are an increase to us. It means, Money, Sheep, Goats, Camels, Cars, and any thing that we get! We need to Tithe on the first portion.

      Most of my life, my finances were up and down. When I learned what God wants from us, I started paying my Tithes the way God wanted me to pay. I bring home the envelopes from the Church for giving. I first make out a check for my tithes and put it a envelope, and its ready for Sunday. Then I start paying my bills. God is first in my giving. The first year I had the best year of my life. The second year I earned twice as much than the previous year. That was God showing me that I was paying my tithes the way He wanted me to. I cannot tell you that God will give twice as much, but I will promise you that God will bless you when you give Him your tithes and offerings, the way that He wants you to give them.

      The tithes are what God says to give (the first 10%), the offering is what we decide to give. The offerings are where we are truly blessed. The amount we give is what God will give back to us. God does not add to us, He multiplies what he gives back to us. He gives us 30, 60 and 100 fold return on our giving. The more we give the more God gives back to us. There was a Pastor who had a daughter. There was a young man who wanted to marry her. The first thing the Pastor did was to look at his giving. He saw that the man paid his tithes every week. He did not want to have his daughter marry a thief.

      Honor • We honor God when we put Him first in our lives. He wants to bless His children. He also wants to have a relationship with us. He wants to help us with the problems we have. He is a merciful God, He made us, He gave us life, He also gave us salvation through His Son, Jesus. Jesus willingly give His life for us.

      Heaven • Everyone wants to go to Heaven when they die. Not many people will go to Heaven. People worship other gods, and money, and many other things in this life. They are too busy with what they are doing to give God any thought. There are many Christians who will have a shock when they do not make it into Heaven themselves, Because they did not serve God, but did what they wanted to do. They did not do His will when they became a Christian. When you come to God, through Jesus, we turn away from our old life, and serve the Lord God Almighty. We put Him first in our life, and do what He wants us to do. We are no longer our own. We have been bought with the blood of the Lamb; Jesus. We serve Him anyway that He wants. There is not a better place to be, when we serve Him we are flooded with His blessings. We are lifted up to a better place, in Christ. We are the Children of God. We are blessed beyond what we could do ourselves.
