A Word About Life and Things
God’s Masterpiece

What is God’s Masterpiece? It could be the beautiful
sunsets. It could be the gorgeous mountains, It
could be the stars and the Universes in the Skies.
Every thing God created, was for His pleasure. But,
God’s Masterpiece is you. He created us. He breathed
life into us. He made us in the image of Himself.
After He created us, He said “we are very good.” We
are God’s pride and joy.
When the angel appeared to Gideon, he told Gideon that “he was a mighty man of valor.” Gideon said “my clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father’s house.” He did not think very highly of himself. We put ourselves down many times. We should believe God’s Word when He says “we are blessed, We are His anointed, We are His Children, We belong to Him. We all have heard the phrase “self-made man.” That is someone who has achieved some great thing in life. We have gone to the Moon. We have climbed the highest mountains. We have great wealth. We have almost conquered every thing on this earth, and are now looking on the outside of this earth, to conquer the planets. But, for one thing, we forget that it is God who gave us every thing we have. Without Him we would be nothing. He gave us life. He gives us the breath that we breathe. He is the one who gives us our gifts and talents, our abilities to do anything on this earth. He is the one who blesses us. He gives us our spouse, our children, our jobs, our homes, and anything else that we may think of. All good things come from our Heavenly Father. We are not our own, we have been bought with the blood of Jesus. We belong to God, in every shape and form. We should never say anything that is derogatory to ourselves. We say many things that are not good for us. We say “I can’t do that.” We say “I’m not good enough.” We say “I was raised in a Dysfunctional family.” Those things may be true, but we should never say them out loud. When we say those things we are prophesying over ourselves, and letting the enemy know where our weaknesses are. When we give our lives to God, we were those things, now we are Mighty in the Lord. We have overcome the enemy. We are God’s Masterpiece. We are blessed coming in; we are blessed going out, we are blessed in the city, we are blessed in the country. We are more than conquerors, we can do all things, through Jesus, our Lord.
