A Word About Life and Things
My Name Is Nobody

We are born in a crowded world. We are not known,
except to our family. We all want to be somebody and
strive to become known and to leave a mark for
ourselves in this world. Many men and women have
made a mark in this world. Solomon was the King of
Israel and was the wealthiest man that lived. John
D. Rockefeller was the wealthiest man that ever
lived in our time. He made his Mark in oil refining
(Standard Oil Company) and owning 40 other
Companies. J. P. Morgan tried to become the
wealthiest man. He made a fortune in Banking. Henry
Morrison Flagler made his Mark in Railroads, Oil and
Newspapers. Louis Pasteur made his Mark in
Vaccinations, Microbial Fermentation and
Pasteurization. Frank Lloyd Wright made his Mark in
Houses and Buildings. John Wayne was known as a
great Actor. Most people want to be known for what
they do in life, and not for who we are inside. When
men get together, men always want to know what the
other fellow does for a living. When women get
together they want to talk about their children.
Where is the Profit. These men and women may leave their mark in life and are known by many people, but where are they now? Are they happy to be where they are? If they are not in Heaven then they are in Hell for Eternity, and Eternity is forever. They may have gained the whole world but lost their own souls. They have lost the most precious thing that we have, our soul. This life is where we prepare for the next life; Eternity. We go after the things of this world, when we should go after God. When we give ourselves over to Jesus, then we are known by the Father. Our names are written in the Book of Life and our names are Tattooed on the Father痴 palm. We should want to make a Mark for the world to see. The Mark we leave, is for the Lord of the universe. The greatest thing we can become is to be the child of the Father. We know the Father and the Father knows us. We know Jesus and Jesus knows us. When we become a child of God there is no limit to what we can achieve. We can leave a Mark in this world for the King of Kings. What we do in this life will last for Eternity.
