The Giver Of Life
In the beginning there was God. No thats not right,
God did not have a beginning. He WAS, He IS, He Will
Always BE God. There was no beginning and there is
no end. The first thing God created were the Angels.
Then He created animals. Everything He created, up
to that time, was in the Spirit realm.
Then God said let Us create man in our image. Then He created Adam and Eve. He created the earthly realm. It is a realm that needs oxygen to live. When God creates anything, He does it right. When He created the Angels and Man, He gave them a spirit that will never die. We may die in this earthly realm, but our spirit man will never die. God also created every living thing on this earth. That is insects, birds, all large and small animals. He also created the grass, trees and everything in between. He is the giver of life. Mankind thinks that when a man and a women get together, they think they are creating a child. That is not so. They give their genes, but God is the one that gives life to that child. Without the spirit there is no life in our earthly bodies. When the spirit leaves the body, our body is dead. We cannot live without our spirit. Everything we have comes from God. Our lives, our gifts and talents; our spouse, our kids, our ability to work at our jobs. Everything we have comes from Him. We work hard and think we have provided everything ourselves. That is not so. Without God we can do nothing. He is the giver of everything we have. Our strength comes from Him. The air we breath is from Him. Our abilities come from Him. That is the reason we should worship Him and give Him the glory in everything we do. Because it is all from Him. He also gave His Son as a sacrifice for our sins. He cannot allow any sin into Heaven. Our God is a Holy God. He will not let sin into His realm. We needed a Savior, so He sent his Son to die for us, and to redeem us, so we can go into the presence of God. God just wants a relationship with us. He wants to bless us; to lead us in the way we need to go. There will come a day when we will all stand before Him and give an account for our lives and the things we have done. He will ask us, do you know my Son, Jesus? And does He know you? We do, and He does, if we accept Jesus as our savior, and we are doing the will of the Father. New King James Version Acts 17:22 Ά Then Paul stood in the midst of the Areopagus and said, "Men of Athens, I perceive that in all things you are very religious; 23 "for as I was passing through and considering the objects of your worship, I even found an altar with this inscription: TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Therefore, the One whom you worship without knowing, Him I proclaim to you: 24 "God, who made the world and everything in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands. 25 "Nor is He worshiped with men's hands, as though He needed anything, since He gives to all life, breath, and all things. 26 "And He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined their preappointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings, 27 "so that they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us; 28 "for in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, `For we are also His offspring.' 29 "Therefore, since we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Divine Nature is like gold or silver or stone, something shaped by art and man's devising. 30 "Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent, 31 "because He has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by the Man whom He has ordained. He has given assurance of this to all by raising Him from the dead." New King James Version Hosea 13:4 "Yet I am the LORD your God Ever since the land of Egypt, And you shall know no God but Me; For there is no Savior besides Me. |
