A Word About Life and Things
The Open Window

There are many times in our lives that God opens a
window and asks us to go through it. When God
brought Israel to the promised land, Israel sent in
12 spies through the land for 40 days. 10 of the
spies brought Back a bad report, and 2 0f the spies
brought back a good report. Just about every one of
the camp started to complain, and wanted to go back
to Egypt. God said that the spies were in the land
for 40 days, now Israel must not go in till after 40
years. The 10 spies died from a plague. The people
of Israel said now we will go into the promised
land. Moses said to not go in, but they tried to go
into the promised land and were defeated and were
driven back as far as Hormah. When God opens a
window and we don稚 go through it, He will close
that window.
There was a man who had smoked since he was a teenager. He tried many times to quit smoking, but he never could. One day he felt that God was telling him that he could quit. He felt it very strong urge to quit smoking. He said to him self that he would start tomorrow. The next day he felt that same urge to quit, but he postponed it again, and again. Then he did not feel that urge again. Now he was in the same place as before. When God opens a window for us we should go through that window as fast as we can. When we put things on the back burner, we may never see that opportunity again. God is always giving us the opportunity with open windows for a new thing in our lives. We have the opportunity to get saved; for a new business; a spouse; to buy a house; for children; for a new ministry; for many things. We have some opportunities for a very short time. Those opportunities will not last for very long. We need to act on them when they come along. I have always loved to do new things. Whenever I get an idea, I Jump on it almost immediately. If I don稚 have the materials, I order them, or I start making the plans for them. Almost 30 years ago a Prophet told me that I would put up Billboards in the Nations. In January 2022 a friend of mine, a missionary and a preacher, Jerry Vaughn, called me and told me to start writing. I wrote the first one of these that very same day. What you are reading now is what God told me to do. They are in 26 languages. There are many open windows in our lives. Please don稚 put them on the back burner. Jump on them when they come, for they may not come again. Today is the day of redemption, not tomorrow. Today is the day to fulfill your destiny.
